About the platform
A fair, human-first way to connect hospitality talent and employers.
The platform is a talent network for Sri Lanka’s domestic hospitality sector. It helps skilled candidates be seen by verified employers, on their own terms, and helps employers build strong teams through a trusted, transparent process.
Our purpose
Hospitality runs on people. We are building a place where candidates are recognised for their experience and where employers can hire with confidence — without candidates having to give up control of their personal information to be discovered.
This is an early build. It is being developed openly against these commitments, and the sections here describe how the network is intended to work as it grows towards launch.
What we stand for
Human first
People come before process. Verification, moderation, and support involve real people, and decisions that affect someone carry a reason.
Fair access
Candidates join and build a profile for free, and every candidate has an equal opportunity to be seen. That the candidate core is free is a settled commitment, not an introductory offer.
Privacy and consent
Candidate identity is masked by default. An employer sees a masked summary, and a candidate’s identity is released only with their consent — a choice they can review and withdraw.
Domestic first
The launch focus is Sri Lanka’s domestic hospitality market. Any overseas pathway stays closed until it is properly licensed and approved.
